I was mindful of my neck muscles during Yoga and during free weights. I don't feel horrible today.
Breakfast was.....something while waiting for the water to boil for my gOatmeal with maple and pecans..oh yes, little bit of leftover Cucumber Salsa
2 tiny flaky biscuits (that I really didn't want, but am pms-ing so I ate them anyway)and a Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bar
I feel lousy from eating so much....ugh......
I think today I will combine weights and cardio Jillian Michaels style, but without the potty mouth.

- Kudos for being mindful of your neck muscles. It really made a difference
- Kudos for noticing how you feel after eating too much. UGH!
